- An Audiophile CD is a high-quality release of a music recording in compact disc format that uses a different encoding method than standard CDs. Audiophile recordings are digitally re-mastered from the original masters, resulting in high-resolution audio clarity and dynamic range.
- Dyna Music guarantees that the quality of its Audiophile CDs is strictly compliant to international standards.
- Before you can start shopping, you need to register and create an account. Go to the Log In/Sign Up tab, and click on Create New Account. The process of signing up does not require any payment.
- Navigate to the Audiophile CDs tab and choose the album you want to buy. Listen to each song by clicking the play icon before making a selection. Click on "Buy Album" to add it to your cart.
- View your items in the cart by clicking on the "Cart" icon on the website header, where you can adjust the quantity, add or remove items. Once you are satisfied, click on "Check Out."
- Fill in the necessary information at the Check Out page, then proceed to the Shipping page by clicking on "Continue to Next Step." Choose the destination country and review your order by clicking on "Continue to Next Step."
- Verify all information at the Review Order page, select the payment method, and click on "Continue to Next Step" to reach the payment gateway.
- Depending on your chosen payment option, you will be asked to provide your payment details, select a payment mode (debit/credit card, bank transfer, or e-wallet), and confirm the transaction.
- After completing the payment, you will be directed back to the Dyna Music website, and a digital invoice and order confirmation will be sent to your email.
- Orders placed on weekends or on holidays shall be processed and shipped on the following business day.
- For items to be delivered within the Philippines, please allow one (1) to ten (10) business days of shipment, excluding holidays, weekends, times of natural disasters and calamities, for your package to be delivered.
- For worldwide deliveries, please allow seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days (plus Customs clearance time), excluding holidays, weekends, times of natural disasters and calamities, for your package to be delivered.
- You may cancel your order at any time before your ordered items have been shipped. Cancellation of orders shall not be allowed after shipment has been made.
- To cancel an order, send an email to sales@dynamusicph.com, indicating the order you wish to cancel. Your email must include your order number and a description of the items you wish to cancel. Once verified that your product has not yet been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation of your order. Dyna Music shall not process cancellation requests that do not include the necessary information.
