Reversed-Phase Polymer HPLC Columns
PolymerX™ RP-1 is composed of microporous polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PSDVB) with a 100 Å pore size, offering reversed-phase-like selectivity comparable to C18-bonded silica columns. As the bare PSDVB matrix naturally mimics C18 behavior, no bonded ligands are required. This eliminates common issues such as phase collapse under highly aqueous conditions, bonded phase bleed at elevated temperatures, and hydrolytic degradation—ensuring enhanced stability and robustness.
